Thrive Christian Church is a reflection of John 10:10. "The thief comes to kill, steal and destroy, but I have come that they may have life and have it to the full."

Thriving in life is not about personal success; it is about living our lives in tune with God’s will. When we are listening and responding to the Holy Spirit working in our lives, we will Thrive. Thriving is not about being rich, having a great job title, or driving the car of your dreams. It is about living the life that God has created us to live.

To be clear. As we have been working in the corporate world we have found a misconception about who Jesus is and what His Church is about. This misconception breaks our hearts. People believe the church is irrelevant, legalistic, racist, judgmental, pointless, and sometimes they believe that God is not real.

Thrive will serve diligently to change that misconception and point people towards Jesus. It breaks our hearts that there are great people currently apart from God and who cannot find what they are missing. Our role is to help facilitate the Holy Spirit working to bring them to Jesus. We do this by sharing truth, giving grace and loving others. We are not here to judge and point fingers. We are here to love people by sharing the love of Jesus.

Our hope is that as families begin following Christ they will change the direction of their lives. Men will learn to be men of God. Women will learn to be women of God. Children will grow up learning about the Father by their parents. Older women will begin mentoring younger women who are searching for community. Older men will mentor younger men who are looking for direction. When these relationships develop, and Christ is glorified, we can watch God work through His people to make an impact in Fayetteville, NWA, and the world.
