Please keep in mind that all colors may look different depending on different screen settings. If you are concerned about any of the colors please feel free to contact me and I will try my best to better describe the shades to you.

Email/ Messaging

I am a knitter so most of the time my hands are full with needles and yarn. I am also a mother of 4 so my phone and tablet are not always within reach but I will do my best to reply to all emails and/or messages within 24 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays.

Payment

I currently accept paypal and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of order and before ready to ship items are to be shipped out.
Custom orders require 50% down at the time of placing the order with the balance to be paid in full before items are shipped.

Shipping

Ready to ship items normally will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment.

Custom orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after buyer approves final product and balance is paid in full.

Custom orders are handmade so please allow up to two weeks for final products unless otherwise stated. Seller does hold the right to extend custom order wait list time as needed but will always attempt to give prior notice to buyers before such extension is needed and or implemented.

Once an item is shipped Tia Knits is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. All items will be shipped USPS with tracking, tracking numbers are sent with shipping notifications.

Refunds & Exchanges

If your order disappoint you because of craftsmanship or other issues on my end, I will gladly pay for it to be shipped back, correct the mistakE and return said item back to you. If you simply decide it isn't what you wanted I will accept a return and issue a refund minus the cost of shipping once I have received the returned item.
