Tidewater Kettlebells

In the spring of 2012, we attended our first Kettlebell class and instantly saw the possibilities. Kettlebells have amazing benefits. Often called the 'extreme handheld gym,' they can be used to get a full body workout in a short amount of time. The results we have gotten by training with mainly kbs has continued to fuel our passion.

ABOUT US:

Lynn is an SFG1 certified instructor and a BodyRebuild certified instructor. Ashley is a SFG2 certified instructor and a BodyRebuild instructor. We both are on the final stages of finishing up our level 1 Precision Nutrition certification.
