Our S&C program specifically targets your strength, speed, agility and flexibility, combining Martial Arts, Yoga, Kickboxing, Plyometrics, Bag Work, and traditional training methods to improve flexibility, agility, strength, speed, and endurance. Much of this improvement is gained through the integration of high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.). Our research-based intervals provide optimal weight loss and oxygen uptake while building phenomenal core strength.
