Our Children's (age 5-7) and Kids' (age 8-12) programs build true self-confidence through self-discipline training and practical self-defense skills. Our hybrid style of mixed martial arts (MMA) incorporates a combination of kickboxing and grappling to teach the most effective, practical and street-wise form of self-defense.
Adults get into great shape and improve their health through cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and flexibility training, all while relieving stress and learning the invaluable life skill of self-defense. Classes include Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced levels in both Kickboxing and Close-Range Self Defense.
Classes are offered 6 days a week, with flexible after-school and evening class times so that almost anyone can build a workable training schedule to achieve their goals.

'Woman Safe': Rape prevention, awareness and close-range self-defense
'Bully Shield': Identifying and preventing the different levels of bullying, and how to be assertive and non-aggressive
'Child Safe': Awareness and confidence; building a customized safety system for you and your child
