Trigger Point Therapy — The application of pressure on specific hyper irritated spots in the muscle.

Myofascial Release — The relaxing and separation of contracted muscles which increases circulation.

Sports Massage — To enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event. Prior to an athletic event, it may be used with stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced. Following an athletic event, it may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal state.

Pre-Natal Massage — A form of Swedish massage that provides relief to strained muscles from skeletal change the body undergoes during pregnancy and helps maintain proper circulation.

Craniosacral Therapy — It helps release muscles that influence the misalignment of the spine as well as pinched nerves. It can also increase spinal fluid flow, and ease tension that can be linked to headaches.

Reflexology– A system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the theory that there are reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to each part of the body.
