Tinley Taxpayers

Tinley Taxpayers Unite (TTU) is a non-partisan, grassroots group of Tinley Park residents and business owners concerned with the increasing cost of property taxes in the Village. TTU exists because no other organization in the community is dedicated to discussing the topic of property taxes or how to get our tax burdens reduced.

We are not a political group, we are not affiliated with any other group or organization in Tinley Park, we do not fund raise and we do not censor speech. All residents and business owners are welcome to post and contribute to topics relating to property taxes and how to reduce tax burdens.

Comments, wall posts, photos, and other content posted on TTU’s page are to be respectful, non-defamatory, and relevant to the topic of reducing taxes in Tinley Park. Tinley Taxpayers Unite has the right to delete any inappropriate content from this page, including but not limited to: irrelevant content, redundant content, hateful content, malicious content, uncivil or disrespectful content, attacks or complaints against an individual, financial solicitations, endorsements of a political candidate or party, and content that violates Facebook’s terms of use, code of conduct, or other policies. We look forward to working together as a community to get our property taxes reduced. Many residents, business owners and prospective buyers/sellers are watching this page to determine the viability of lower property taxes in Tinley Park’s near future. Current residents are considering relocating, and prospective residents are considering other options. Let’s work together to make Tinley Park’s taxes more affordable and encourage population retention and population growth.
