Titanium Fitness was formed in 2014 by Chuck Beckham and Diana Matthews Beckham. This happily married couple founded Titanium fitness with the goal to bring their years of experience and dedication in the fitness industry to your life. They live by the motto 'Strengthen Your Body...Strengthen Your Mind'. It does not matter if your are trying to shed 10 lbs to 100 lbs, gain muscle or lose fat. Each time your body progresses so does your mind.

Titanium Fitness brings to the table a logical, effective, and safe fitness plan for each individual regardless of goals, age, or current fitness level.
