Our Story

TITLE Boxing Club delivers the amazing results of a boxing workout, minus the combat, to strengthen and tone your body from head to toe. Perfect for people of all ages and fitness levels, we combine no-hit boxing and kickboxing techniques with cardio and core exercises to help you reach your goals quickly and continue conquering new ones. Our Workout

Each POWER HOUR is led by motivating trainers who will inspire and challenge you. You’ll be part of a group class, but quickly realize that it’s your own personal workout for you to do at your own personal pace. Each class starts with a 15 minute warm up to get you going. Then it’s time to put on real boxing gloves and hit your own heavy bag in countless, trainer led combinations for 8 3-minute rounds. The workout winds down with 15 minutes of focused core and stretching. You’ll leave feeling empowered and exhilarated!
