TITLE Boxing Club Lakeville

Title Boxing Club is a fitness club that offers the ultimate total body workout through our Power Hour boxing and kickboxing classes. Power Hour classes:

- are designed for people of all fitness levels,
- enable members to burn up to 1,000 calories in one hour,
- eliminate stress like no other workout,
- strengthen the core and improve coordination,
- build self-esteem and confidence,
- and most importantly are FUN!

In addition to the Power Hour classes, each Title Boxing Club has personal training, cardio equipment, and free weights available to meet all fitness training needs.
