TITLE Boxing Club Syosset

Title Boxing Club is a fitness club that offers a combination of boxing and kickboxing group fitness classes. We offer a class to fit everyone’s schedule and fitness needs. If you are looking for a high intensity total body fitness class, the 60-minute power hour class will help you burn fat and lose weight by burning up to 1000 calories.

DON’T BE INTIMIDATED - The club has members of all ages, shapes, sizes, abilities & genders. A large % of our members never had their hands wrapped or boxed a day in their lives prior to joining our club. We are a fitness club for everyone! Our membership age ranges from 8 years old all the way to 75 years old. Everyone goes at their own pace! We’re not training you to be a heavyweight champion (unless you want us to!) – we’re training you so that you can reach your fitness goals. We want you to feel amazing about YOURSELF. Our classes provide 1-hour intense full body workouts that can burn up to 1000 calories in an hour.

If you want to lose weight, get in shape, learn to box – we check all the boxes. If you have never put on boxing gloves before DON’T BE INTIMIDATED! Our trainers will show you the basics and within 2 sessions you’ll feel right at home.
