TitlePro, LLC is a company that prides itself on quality services at reasonable prices. Our staff has more than 50 years of experience. I was one of the principals of Granite Title Services when it was "the only game in town". The company was sold in about 1999 by an outside the state title company we will call TX Title. Within a very short time Granite lost most of their loyal clients due to the policies and ethics of TX title. Most of the staff were laid off and the operation moved out of the local Rochester area. I and my staff believe in ethics and customer service. You and your client will appreciate that no one is ever just a number.
