He has worked in the Real Estate Industry for more than 8 years; working on Mortgage Loans and with Home Builders, in addition to selling hundreds of homes as a Licensed Realtor.

The average agent sells 8 homes per year, while we sell nearly 100 homes per year. TJ holds multiple professional designations, including the Certified Home Buyer Designation (CHBA) from NAEA and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation from the National Association of Realtors.
