We are a Family Owned and Operated Property management Home sells Home rental and property investment firm. We are lifetime residents of Hutchinson who are disappointed in the way Hutch residents are treated ny their land lords, the quality of the homes rented, the prices they are rented for and the hoops they have to jump thru to get into the house if they even are approved to have it. We hope to be able to provide better homes at better prices with less qualifying processes. We know people make mistakes which may mess up their credit but we are not going to tell you that we wont rent to you because you didn't pay your phone bill 7 years ago. All we ask for is honesty for the most part if something went wrong in the past tell me and explain to me how you have learned from that experience and are doing better we will more than likely move on because the past is the past and any future can be better if you learned from what went wrong and your not just repeating the same actions.
