TLC Animal Rescue

TLCAR rescues animals in need of a better home. We run solely off foster homes. Foster homes are families who have opened their hearts & home to an animal in need of a temporary place to stay while they wait for a new family. Our foster kids live normal every day lives. Foster parents begin teaching basic training. If you would like to be a foster parent, please email us for an application or apply online. We provide food, vet care & crate while in your home. We encourage our foster families to take part in the adoption & continue to be involved with their fosters happily ever after.
