TLC for Pets is a small personalized high quality veterinary practice in Reisterstown, MD. Dr. Mitchell Lucas is our full time vet and founder of TLC for Pets. Dr. Lucas graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1986 and began practicing in the Baltimore area in 1987.
