After four years as a real estate agent, Tim became a broker in 1984 and joined the first RE/MAX office in Northern California: RE/MAX Professionals. During this time, Tim archived some of the highest awards given out by RE/MAX International: President’s Club Award, Executive Club Award, Top 1% of all sales associates in U.S., RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and Platinum Club Award. Tim also achieved Master Club and 13 year Lifetime member with Placer County Board of Realtors. Out of the twenty-five years with RE/MAX Professionals, Tim was an Officer in the corporation for fifteen years. Tim left RE/MAX and opened his own brokerage , Today's Real Estate, in 2012 so he could offer more concentrated area specific expertise to his valued clients.

Tim is not only a committed Broker, he is also a respected member and leader in his community. He has served on many branches of the Placer County Board of Realtors including ten years on Pro-Standards as the presiding officer on arbitration matters. Tim is the past president of the Newcastle Community Association, and past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. Due to his local reputation, he has earned some of the highest client retention rates of any other agents. Tim was raised in Auburn, California with eleven siblings and has lived in the Auburn area since 1964. He is married to his wife Cathy for 35 years and has three daughters and six grandchildren. He enjoys fly fishing, reading, boating, and any excuse to get together with his family.
