Cancellations: To respect your time, the time of our guests and salon designers, all same day cancellations will carry a $20.00 rebooking fee.

24-Hour Policy: In effort to provide respectful time to all our valued guests, all cancellations must give a twenty four hour notice.

No Shows: Any guest who cancels after the required time frame will be charged up to 100% of the service amount depending on attendance history and whether or not we are able to fill your appointment time.
