Sue Yee is the chief Sushi Chef along with her brother, Shing Lee. Sue has been making sushi since 1991.

She delivered sushi to the Ritz Carlton for 3 years whenever they had a party. Now she handles Catering for many offices for lunch, dinner parties, Open Houses, etc.
