Tonkatsu Ginza Bairin is famous for its truly authentic Tonkatsu (breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet). The main ingredient - pork - is carefully selected from the choicest Berkshire pork, coated in fresh bread crumbs and masterfully deep fried in premium cotton seed oil to retain and highlight its award-winning texture, aroma and flavor. Coupled with Tonkatsu, we offer our signature Bairin Tonkatsu Sauce - a blend of spices, fresh fruits and vegetables bringing out the natural sweetness and robust flavor. Not found anywhere else on the Island!

Validated parking is available for dinner and all day on weekends at the corner of Kalakaua and Beach Walk (new Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Ctr Bldg underground garage. $1 for 3 hours).

Daily Lunch Special (weekdays) and Pupu Specials (dinner hours) availble. Open until midnight on Friday and Saturday with special SUSHI, SASHIMI and PUPU menus after 9pm ONLY. Enjoy with our wide selection of beer, sake, wine and shochu.
