Top Dog Fitness

Top Dog Fitness offers several different membership options. Standard memberships are available to men, and our Dog Pack membership is available to women. The centerpiece of the gym is our women's group training program, which is inclined for college aged women and young professionals. Classes run from 6am to 8pm on the weekdays, and 9am to 3pm on the weekends (gamedays can vary). Our training regiment follows a loose schedule throughout the week in terms of anatomical progression, but we take your objectives )what body parts or muscle groups, the cardiovascular element you desire, volume/body weight/resistance training) and cultivate it to fit your needs. It is intended to be very accessible to your fitness goals and schedule. The same set up and cancelation process applies to the women's program as well.
