Top Notch RC Hobby Shop

Hello everyone! First off, thank you for visiting the Top Notch RC website! We are a small hobby shop with an enormous passion for all things hobby related. I got my first Tyco RC car when I was about 9 years old, then at 10 years old my parents bought me a Tamiya Hornet, that was almost 30 years ago now! From there it snowballed into off road racing, then on road carpet oval racing, back to off road, then on road again, and now on to off road carpet/astro turf racing! If it has 4 wheels then the odds are good that I raced it! My first racing experience was at the old CMP Hobbies in West Bridgewater, Ma. From there I discovered the high banked carpet track located in Wakefield, Ma. and then I found the 12th scale racing scene and the enormorus passion for RC racing in New England.

Top Notch RC and our drivers are extremely active in the New England racing and rock crawling scenes. I am always traveling to different tracks to race 2wd buggy off road on carpet/astro turf or clay. My team drivers often accompany me for club races and trophy races. My drivers are Mark Smyka and Chad "Swell" Sewell from CT and Pete Harkins from MA. On the rock crawling side of the team we have "The Butlers", Marty and Dave (father and son) who have been building RC cars and trucks since the 1980's!

As any good hobby shop, we try to carry the most current race, basher, and all out fun hobby products available.
