Top Spot Apartments

The owner and founder of "Top Spot" is Easley native John Brooks. His grandfather is a long time owner and landlord of "Woodlawn Court Apartments" , and also the founder of "ABC Realty". His grandfather taught John most of what he knows most of what he knows. Growing up in and around the rental business has allowed John to form many great friendships with the local businesses and citizens of Easley. Because of his many partnerships within the community, John is able to offer potential tenants with unmatched service at an amazingly low cost. John founded Top Spot in 2015 in order to help those struggling to find a home in the failing economy.
