Neal's Yard Remedies Organic opened in 1981 in the UK. They opened in the US in 2008. The company has a pretty basic policy when it comes to product ingredients. If it could possibly harm people or the environment it is not eligible to be used. When in doubt we leave it out.

No products have chemicals. All ingredients or organically farmed or taken and replenished from the wild. NYR Organic is the FIRST company ever to score 100 out of 100 on The Ethical Companies standards.
