Total Fitness is owned by Dr. Jon Haefner. Dr. Haefner has been planning the fitness club for over five years now and it is finally here. Willmar is happy to welcome the opening of the club, featuring top of the line Hammer Strength equipment. It is the only facility in the Willmar area that features Hammer Strength, Zumba Toning, MMA Conditioning, and much more. Total Fitness is also housed with the only TRX certified group trainers in the area.
