WHAT TO EXPECT
TM Full Body: Train all the major muscle groups, strengthening and conditioning your entire body from upper to lower body to core.(45 min)
TM Bootcamp: Full body, high intensity sweat session outdoors. Expect more body weight intervals. (45 min)
TM Tune-Up: By appointment only, this private skills session will provide more hands on attention so you get your stroke down. (30 min)
