Total Performance provides performance training to youth, high school, college, professional & olympic athletes. We offer individualized coaching to small and large groups through personal and team training
We also offer Adult Fitness classes for people of all ages and fitness-levels. Whether you are just starting to exercise, or have been exercising for years, our coaches personalize a routine to fit your needs.
Personal Training is also available for those who would like a more individualized approach to their exercise.
Speed & Agility Program:
Athletes will participate in an individualized performance training program consisting of a mix of inclined and resisted high-speed treadmills, plyometric, agility, and acceleration work. Each athlete is supplemented with a personalized strength training program to complete during each coaching session.
Team Training:
Total Performance provides services to teams for large group training. Our coaches personalize each large group session to fit the needs of a specific team during pre-season, in-season, and off-season teams.
