Tough Love Co-Ed Couples Competition

Brought to you by the team that annually coordinates the highly acclaimed Heart of America Team Competition, we're thrilled to announce the launch of another fun and unique competitive fitness event coming to Springfield, MO February of 2017: Tough Love | A Co-Ed Couples Competition!

This 1-Day Competition will be built and programmed especially for teams of two: 1 Male | 1 Female. Team pairs are not required to be romantically involved.

The 2017 Tough Love Co-Ed Couples Comp is open to any and all fitness levels. The format style will be an open-division, meaning all teams will perform the same workouts and you will be ranked against the entire field. The workouts will be simple and fun yet well-conceived to allow for every level of athlete to participate to the fullest while still being pushed and challenged.

When: Saturday, February 18, 2017
Where: CrossFit Springfield
Cost: $100/couple + taxes/service fee ($116 total)
