Our Story:
A couple years after graduating from LSU in 2002, Dustin began his chosen career as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. In recognition of his personal and professional achievements, Dustin was invited to join his father’s investment planning practice located in Lake Charles, LA. In 2006, Dustin earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, a designation that is awarded only to those individuals who complete a rigorous course of study and who dedicate themselves to maintain their technical competency and who agree to abide by a strict code of ethics.

In 2015, Glenn and Dustin were ready to grow the family business, and Danielle Granger Nava, Dustin's sister and Glenn's daughter, was warmly welcomed to the team.

Wanting to serve in a different way and share her considerable customer service, social media, and marketing talents, Danielle joined “the family business” that her father, Glenn, started in 1980.

After many years of working in a corporate setting, the Granger team longed to start their own business to showcase their unique talents and build their own brand.

After a great deal of careful thought and planning, Toujours Planning was founded on March 23rd, 2017. We are a part of LPL Financial’s national network of independent financial service providers.

Our name is a reference to our family motto, “Toujours Granger,” which is French for “Always Granger” and it represents & celebrates our zest for life while also acknowledging our heritage.

We are a proud family business, and we feel that all of our employees and clients are part of that extended family.
