Town Plot super market opened in the early 1960's in a 5,000 square foot building in the Town Plot section of Waterbury. In 1966 Fred Schnaars and Joe Summa bought the business, and that has now turned into an over 50-year commitment to the Town Plot neighborhood and the City of Waterbury. Our main purpose has always been, and forever will be, to fulfill the grocery shopping need of our customers who are also our neighbors and friends.
