Private Sessions using mat, barre and/or ball are available on request. Private sessions are customized to meet your personal needs.

Pilates and ball classes are for all ages and fitness levels. The series of exercises are very easy to modify for individual needs. Whatever you do is 100% for you! Although the same exercises may differ from class to class, the principles are the same and you use the body in the same way. It is easy for you to progress and to see and feel the benefits.

MAT CLASSES

MAT & BARRE:

This dynamic class combines the best of both Pilates and challenging barre exercises. Included are toning and resistance exercises for the whole body to sculpt long, ean muscles.
CARDIO MAT & BARRE:

This is our Mat and Barre class but with continual motion for more fat burning. There is no jumping.
POWER MAT:

A fast paced, intense workout fusing Pilates mat work and total body sculpting. Designed to challenge even the most fit person.
POWER MAT BURN:

Our most intense cardio mat class. This is our Power Mat class kicked up a notch with interval cardio training. This isn't for beginners!
TOTAL BODY BALL:

We use the fit ball to improve balance, sculpt, and define the whole body. This class will strengthen your core and create long lean muscles.
GLUTES & ABS:

An intensive 45 minute mat class that focuses on lifting and tightening glutes (buns) and strengthening and flattening your abs.
TRX CIRCUIT TRAINING:

This is a high intensity class that uses your own body weight as resistance. This system of straps will tone the entire body, boosts strength, core stability and balance. A great cardio circuit class! Avoid this class if you have any shoulder o2 upper body issues.
BOOTY BOOTCAMP:

A fast paced cardio circuit class that uses a variety of equipment to sculpt the whole body, with an emphasis on the rear. When weather permits, this eclectic class moves outside to Shain Park.
MELT CLASSES

MELT ROLLER:

This is an ongoing, weekly class that uses the MELT roller and balls to rehydrate your connective tissue, rebalance your nervous system and reduce inflammation and chronic pain. You will feel immediate changes in your alignment and energy. Participants need to have taken a MELT intro workshop or MELT private session to attend this class.
MELT STRENGTH:

This is a challenging, hour long class that uses foam rollers and flex bands to rebalance and stabilize your muscles with very specific movements. We will return your body to more accurate and efficient movements by tapping into the neurological mechanism, not just the muscle itself. MELT experience is beneficial but not necessary.

GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASSES

GROUP EQUIPMENT:

We utilize the Pilates reformers and towers to improve strength, coordination and balance in this class. Clients must have prior experience with Pilates equipment before joining a group equipment class.
GROUP EQUIPMENT LEVEL 2-3:

A more advanced class that builds upon the movements learned in the Group Equipment class.
CARDIO REFORMER JUMPBOARD:

This is an advanced class with a mix of cardio jumpboard and Pilates reformer work. This is a total body workout, with an emphasis on the glutes, abs and arms, that will get your heart pumping. Prior reformer experience is a must.
