Township Valley Farm

Here at Township Valley Farm our main crops are Basil, about 8,000 plants this season each grown from seed and hand planted, Hops, which our son uses for his Bald Mountain Brewery craft beers, and joyous cut flowers for bouquets and events. Everything is grown using organic methods! The days are extremely long and the work is largely physical (and never done) but we are proud to be farmers - part of the growing farm to table movement that provides wholesome food to be served.

We proudly produce ready-to-use, always fresh Traditional and Thai pestos are delicious and versatile. Made in small batches and using our own recipes, both are dairy and soy free (and made without gluten products) and as such are vegan. However, they are not "just" for vegans as food-avores across the spectrum love their bright and smooth flavors. Township Valley Farm pestos make gourmet meal preparation easy, from classic pasta pesto, sandwiches and wraps, eggs, stuffed mushrooms, poached salmon, grilled sausage, to whatever meal or appetizer you can dream about making. Because they freeze well, you can always be ready to quickly prepare a fabulous meal.
