Traditions Senior Living & Memory Care

We are proud to serve Sherman through Traditions Senior Living and Memory Care, a fifty-four unit community located here in beautiful Sherman, Texas. Because demand for general assisted living residences has grown, we expect that this new home will provide the amenities, activities and facilities that this population desires, coupled with the care, knowledge and service level that all individuals deserve.

Our community offers an alternative to traditional institutions. Our goal is to partner with your physician and other healthcare providers to ensure that you have the best care available at all times without the necessity of leaving the comfort of your home at Traditions. Together, we will determine which of our multiple levels of service is most appropriate and establish a care plan to allow for aging in place.

In its design for excellence, Traditions has partnered with Trilogy Senior Living to lend its senior management and Alzheimer’s care expertise to the project.

Trilogy is a comprehensive Senior Services entity serving older adults and their loved ones in Texas. Trilogy’s goal is to promote positive aging to seniors and their families through our integrated system of innovative communities, visionary management team and superior care models. We hope that through this collaborative effort, our community will become the best care alternative to traditional nursing institutions.
