Building a relationship with my clients is the most crucial factor in the DCR philosophy. The more trust I can gain from my clients the more dedicated and consistent my clients will become. I am very particular about form and creating a full body, integrated, and functional approach to exercise. Emphasizing balance, stability, strength, conditioning and a well balanced diet to help you excel in athletics or just your everyday lives. Training is a lifestyle there is no off-season!

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which focus on an individuals overall performance of daily activities helping them to live a healthy life without injuries. Whether you are you are working in the office 5 days a week, on the golf course battling your buddies, or just running around with the kids functional training will be beneficial to your everyday wellbeing.

BALANCE AND STABILITY
Functional training may lead to better muscular balance and joint stability, possibly decreasing the number of injuries sustained in an individual's performance in a sport. Balance can be seen in a variety of movements: from someone simply standing on one leg, to an intricate, dynamic movement during execution of a specific sports skill. The line that separates superiority in a specific sports skill is the concept of stability. The ability to stay balanced while you are experiencing factors disturbing your balance is how stability is measured.

SPORTS SPECIFIC STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
For any sport, the best method to improve balance, proprioception, and core stability is to practice the skill itself and strengthen the specific movements behind the skill. Proper preparation is key to getting the optimal performance on the playing field.

PLYOMETRIC TRAINING
These exercises can help you increase speed and strength through clean quality explosive movements. Generally used by athletes to improve overall performance, plyometric exercises can be incorporated into most general fitness programs.
