Train Mountain Railroad

Train Mountain Railroad preserves the history of railroading by providing educational tours describing exhibits while operating a railroad in miniature employing “real life” safety procedures during an interactive program. Membership is reasonably priced and open to anyone interested in railroading. Train Mountain operates restricted access tracks on which members can operate their personally owned trains or club owned trains. Members may bring guests to the railroad. The Klamath & Western Railroad adjacent to Train Mountain gives rides to the public every Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. Friends of Train Mountain is a group that works to build more track at Train Mountain. Railroad Institute is developing a railroad education program. These organizations work together to make this World Class Facility everyone's favorite railroad. We invite you to get involved and have more fun. Only by seeing and experiencing the “World’s Largest Hobby Railroad” first hand will you be able to believe what Train Mountain has to offer.
