My name is Brooke Moody and I have been a certified personal trainer for 10 years. Recently I had my Leawood home renovated to include a fabulous home gym that allows me to provide a service to those that need help achieving their fitness goals and prefer the luxury of a private one on one environment. I apply motivational and fun exercise strategies to those who want to manage their stress, to lose weight, and add muscle. I dedicate myself to every session and tailor to the needs of each individual client encouraging them to leave their exercise comfort zone in order to achieve optimum results. I became a certified trainer in 2006 after watching countless people walk around the gym not sure of what equipment to use or even how to use it. I specialize in weight resistance training and functional exercise (activities performed in daily life). I’m here to hold you accountable, keep you motivated and help you achieve your goals!
