Trainin4Life is now in First Colony/Missouri City

Trainin4Life Fitness is brought to you by Isreal Smith, a nationally certified trainer and Pilates instructor, with over 15 years of training experience.

Trainin4Life offers individually designed training with a focus on functional and core training, Pilates-based training, cross-training, Pilates reformer training, or a combination of services based on the needs and aspirations of each client.

While Trainin4Life offers in-home, outdoors, and private gym training as well, Trainin4Life has a new home location in SW Houston Missouri City (where Personal Training and Boot Camps are offered). My location has a full gym with free weights, cardio equipment, a kickboxing training area, and a classroom area. I offer customized nutrition plans as well.

We will come to your home or you can come to our gym, or even meet at a park.
If you want a friend or family member to join you at the gym, your rate doesn't increase.
