Training Camp Fit

Training Camp Fit is a unique and empowering facility that is much more than ordinary. We offer yoga, barre and circuit training seven days a week! In addition to the daily classes, we have a fully-equipped fitness center and a beautiful outdoor track and field.

Training Camp is located in a secluded setting in the heart of South Orange County. The facility is completely surrounded by trees, and the serene environment adds focus and natural beauty to your workout experience.
