Tranquility Oak is located on Lake Wanteska inside Connestee Falls, a gated community in the Western North Carolina mountain town of Brevard (15 minutes to downtown and 45-60 minutes to Asheville). Enjoy the private dock, fishing, and paddle boating down at the lake. Breathe in the mountain air while enjoying the views from either the upper or lower deck. Outside the gates, over a third of Transylvania County (aka Land of Waterfalls) is part of Pisgah National Forest. Mountain views and another breathtaking vista are always just around the next bend. DuPont State Forest, Gorges State Park, Table Rock State Park, Caesars Head State Park and many other nature attractions are nearby.
