Transitions Center

Transitions Center is founded by psychiatrists Dr. Perviaz Akhter and Dr. Tariq Ghafoor with extensive training and years of clinical experience in treating patients with mental illness, alcohol, and drug addiction, and those with dual-diagnosis. The center operates under the clinical principles and guidelines summarized above in providing the care and treatment for individuals suffering from psychiatric and/or alcohol and substance abuse disorders.
