Trattoria D'Amico

Trattoria D'Amico Ruffino Cucina Italiana has been in the valley for 28 years and is now under new ownership.
A wonderful Italian family from Rome, Italy took over in January of this year.
We are excited to finally announce the change of ownership.
Massimo, Romolo and Claudia have been working in restaurants since they were able to walk.
They owned their own restaurant in Rome for 43 years and have decided to bring their ideas to America.

Chef Martin has been with Trattoria D'Amico Ruffino Cucina Italiana since the beginning.
He will be working side by side with the new owners in the kitchen.
They will be bringing authentic Italian dishes using only the freshest ingredients.
Together they are creating a new flavor packed menu.
