Traveling Mat Yoga

Christopher and Nicole's clients always mentioned that finding time to exercise and be healthy was a strain. It was stressful getting to the studio; they had to pick up their kids, or stay late at work; there just weren't enough hours in the day. Sound familiar?

Christopher and Nicole were teaching at brick-and-mortar studios, but they slowly began to expand their teaching to include workplaces and private spaces once they saw how beneficial it was to their clients. Having yoga come to them made all the difference, and smart employers noticed that employees who were able to incorporate regular exercise into their schedule were happier, and more productive.

Traveling Mat Yoga was born.
