TreeTops at Grand Beach

Welcome to TreeTops at Grand Beach. TreeTops is a classic Grand Beach home nestled in the trees of Old Grand Beach; a block from the beach & park with all the trappings for a great week or weekend (off season). It's a very private property as the house and adjoining deck are perched high off the street on a sand dune away from neighbors.

The home is 2,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms/2 baths and a monstrous deck with a second lower level. The deck winds down to a dead-end street that allows you to walk to the beach in minutes. As well, we have a golf cart (in seaon) that seats four to get you to the beach, golf course or just sightsee the Village of Grand Beach.

The kitchen is very large and can accommodate chefs of all kind with all the necessities for cooking and baking. We keep the spice cabinet well stocked so leave your spices at home. Re: grilling, we have a new, large gas grill for the barbecue king or queen located on the back deck. There's a bar off the kitchen that allows for additional seating to the kitchen nook table. See pictures for better detail. Have a Keurig coffee machine for your K-Cups as well.

The main living area is very spacious and includes a large flat screen and a dual sided fireplace for fires in the off season. There's an additional 4 person, round table in the living room for added seating, working on a puzzle and/or a great game of cards.

The three bedrooms upstairs bedrooms are spacious and all have newly acquired beds. New carpeting has been added upstairs and each room freshly painted and updated as part of the renovation. Total bed sleeping accommodates 9 (1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin bunk and one twin) and is ideally suited for three families with kids. This is not to say that some can't sleep downstairs but the house is really geared for six adults (max) and some children. Let me know if you have any questions about lodging.

For the summer vacationers, we have a surfboard, a kids kayak, 3 boogie/wake boards, at least a half a dozen beach chairs and a few life vests for smaller kids.
