Finding your true potential is the essence of the TRI-ACTIVE mission. In each and every one of us, lives a potential too often never realized. At TRI-ACTIVE, we help find that potential and harness it in all of our athletes. Whether you are a first-timer looking to finish a 5k run/walk, a professional Ironman Triathlete, Adventure Racer, CrossFitter, or ultra runner, Tri-Active will help discover your goals. With a background in psychology, counseling, and endurance sports, we understand the human make up, motivators, barriers, and what it means to test the limits and realize goals.
The "TRI" in TRI-ACTIVE ENDURANCE is the most significant symbol of our make up. "TRI" represents the holistic sides of mental, emotional, and physical wellness. It also serves as a reminder that we need to "Tri" if we are going to set new goals, or reach current goals.

The TRI-ACTIVE ENDURANCE community is made up of athletes of all levels. Beginners, elites, and many in between from various backgrounds and disciplines. The only requirement for our services is a desire to feel just a little bit better tomorrow than you did today.
