Class Descriptions:
Boxing for Beginners:
For those brand new to boxing. You will learn boxing fundamentals such as stance, basic punches and combinations, basic footwork, and the beginnings of defense. Outside of the fundamentals, you will get an excellent workout through drills and exercises developed to improve conditioning and muscular endurance. Beneficial not only to those looking to build a strong foundation for boxing, but for those who wish to improve in other sports and overall fitness and health.
Level 1:
Our level one class builds on the foundation established in Beginner's Boxing, while adding more advanced footwork and intricate combination punching. This class also takes you further into defense and counter punching. The conditioning aspects become more difficult to keep challenging students.
Level 2:
Level Two is an advanced class that focuses on the different aspects of technique for sparring and actual competition. You do not have to be a competitive fighter to attend this class, but if you would like to explore if sparring and fighting are for you, or just want to participate in technical sparring drills, this class is for you.
