Since 1978 Tri-County Care Center has been restoring and maintaining the health of our community. We take great pride in our newly renovated 3100 sq foot rehab center. Our dedicated ADL suite allows our patients to cook, clean, grocery shop, and engage in other real life therapies which increase their success at home. Every day at Tri-County Care Center patients overcome their challenges and get back to living their lives.
