Tri-County Psychiatric Services

Tri-County Psychiatric Services and Dr. Eyob Tessema are excited to be able to open the first psychiatry office in Enterprise.

Dr. Tessema, a native of Ethiopia, is a board certified psychiatrist and has worked in the Wiregrass area for the past nine years with Southeast Psychiatric Services in Dothan.

Dr. Tessema received his medical degree in Russia in 1988.

“I went back to Ethiopia and practiced medicine until 1999. Then I joined the Chicago Medical School and received my training and education in the field of psychiatry,” he said. “It is a privilege to be able to open an office in Enterprise.”

In 2003, Dr. Tessema moved to Dothan with Southeast Psychiatric Services.

The new office opened Monday, Nov. 19, at 557 Glover Ave. in Enterprise.
