Tri-State Gastroenterology Associates (TSGA), founded in 1976, operates as a multi-physician group practice and accredited ambulatory surgery center. Located at 425 Centre View Blvd., Crestview Hills, KY, Tri-State specializes in Gastroenterology and associated digestive diseases.
