A triathlete and 13-time Ironman finisher (including Kona), I will help you succeed with a training plan individualized to your schedule and goals.
After an extensive initial consultation we will come up with a plan that works with your time constraints and goals.
Plans will be delivered online every 4 weeks using the Training Peaks programs. Communication between coach and athlete is important so email and calls will be answered promptly.
