Triad Martial Arts Training Center

Our school was founded in 1985. Originally known as The High Point School of Taekwondo, the name was changed to Triad Martial Arts Family Training Center in May of 2001 to reflect the diversity of our curriculum. Our spacious new facility here in High Point, NC offers over 3000 square feet of matted training surface. We are High Point's oldest and largest martial arts school. We offer Taekwondo, Korean Hapkido, Personal self-defense and Fitness Kickboxing. In addition we also offer children's birthday parties.

At Triad Martial Arts we use a modern approach when teaching traditional self-defense skills to children, teens, and adults. A strong emphasis is placed on life-skills training, self-confidence building, focus, flexibility, and fitness. We offer classes for children only, families only and for the individuals who want to train a little harder, we offer adult only classes.
